Qualified Mental Health Professional - Intensive Services

Job Overview We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our Intensive Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an outpatient setting, providing mental health case management, skills, psychosocial rehab, and crisis intervention. Responsibilities Complete assessments and provide appropriate levels of care Work collaboratively with individuals and families to prepare and maintain safety and recovery plans Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in need Provide case management services to link individuals to needed services Provide skills training and psychosocial rehabilitation services in the community or the individual receiving services natural environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care Works collaboratively with law enforcement, courts, and crisis teams to prepare individuals in treatment to meet their recovery goals Document within 24 hours into an electronic health record Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting Previous experience in an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) or Outpatient Competency Restoration program _ Previous experience with the homeless population Strong knowledge of community resources Excellent engagement skills Most have reliable transportation.
