Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $130,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package, including equity stock purchase and 401k contributions Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., with specific in-office requirements for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. residents Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on quality and performance Chance to make a positive impact on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead manual QA test planning and execution for assigned initiatives, including effort estimation and risk assessment Design, review, and maintain comprehensive test documentation, ensuring coverage across various testing types Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to refine requirements and identify potential gaps Manage the defect lifecycle by writing high-quality defects and facilitating timely resolutions Conduct root cause analysis on recurring defects and recommend preventive improvements to processes and test coverage What Is Required (Qualifications) 5+ years of experience in manual software testing using risk-based approaches and QA methodologies Proven ability to create, execute, and improve test plans and test cases for complex applications Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including defect triage and root cause analysis Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating cross-functionally Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present QA status and recommendations to stakeholders How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered 5+ years of experience with SQL and data validation techniques Familiarity with healthcare-related workflows and benefit logic Experience with enterprise QA tools and defect tracking platforms like Azure DevOps or Jira Knowledge of QA standards and practices in a regulated environment #HealthcareServices #QualityAssurance #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
