Job Description
The Quality Assistant is responsible for administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation in the Quality and Maintenance Departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Order and process Oil Sample kits Update and Maintain Quality Reports - Microsoft Excel Maintain Preventative Maintenance system - Benchmate Weekly audit backlog report Print and email preventive maintenance work tickets Process maintenance request Record completed preventative maintenance work tickets Maintain quality control audit system Print and email audits Maintain Quality Assurance Training Database Enter training and recertification Email weekly re-cert report Remove terminated employees from database Enter new hires in database Update employee data Maintain heat treated charts and update associated spreadsheets Print paperwork for inspectors Document Control File and laminate any changed documents Keeping office area neat and tidy Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, typewriter, voice mail systems and personal computers Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:High school diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in related field of office work preferred Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Equal Opportunity Employer Vet/Disabled Job Type:Full-time Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule:Monday to Friday Job Type:Full-time Pay:$11.45 - $13.25 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule:Monday to Friday Work Location:In person.
