This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction quality assurance, facilities management, and compliance-driven environments. You will play a key role in ensuring work meets contract requirements, industry standards, and client expectations—supporting critical projects where quality and accuracy matter. Essential Functions Construction & Field Quality Assurance Conduct on-site inspections and observations to ensure work complies with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements. Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and quality control procedures. Assist with project punch lists and verify completion of corrective actions. Review and assess proposed change orders for accuracy and compliance. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed project records, including daily QA reports, photographs, field notes, and correspondence. Track financial documentation, purchase orders, and project communications. Review and verify as-built drawings and final project documentation. Provide daily and periodic quality assurance updates to management. Coordination & Communication Attend and participate in project meetings. Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Coordinate activities among contractors, facility representatives, and internal teams.
