Quality Compliance Technician Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm Compensation: $26.25/hr - $35.00/hr **Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role. About the Role Viking Electric is seeking a Quality Compliance Technician to help ensure our products consistently meet customer, contractual, and regulatory quality standards. In this hands-on role, you’ll inspect materials and products, document quality results, collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives across our network. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable in warehouse/distribution environments, and experienced in quality assurance within manufacturing or engineering services, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
