Quality Control Manager

Quality Control Manager We’re looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead and scale a high-performing quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting cutting-edge aerospace and electronics products. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own production quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards. You’ll play a key role in building out processes, developing teams, and maintaining high standards across the shop floor. What you’ll be doing: Lead and grow a team of quality engineers and inspectors Oversee all aspects of production quality control and compliance Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformances Develop and maintain quality processes, procedures, and documentation Establish quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives Support internal and external audits Ensure systems (PLM, ERP, MES) effectively support quality and production Build training and certification programs for the quality team What we’re looking for: 7+ years in quality within manufacturing, including 3+ years in leadership Strong experience with AS9100 QMS in production environments Background in aerospace and/or electronics manufacturing Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective actions Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Strong leadership and communication skills If you’re someone who thrives in building teams, improving processes, and driving quality in a growing environment, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
