About us ABACUS INDUSTRIES, INC.is a small business in TECHNOLOGY_INFORMATION in Naples, FL.We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to Find the right person to replace our current manager who will be retiring.Our work environment includes:Lab and warehouse like setting climate controlled Monday-Friday daytime (great work life balance) Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations of the quality control inspection process and shipping and receiving, ensuring efficient and effective processes - Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and streamline operations - Coordinate and supervise staff, providing guidance and hands on support as needed - Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and hold all staff accountable for these metrics and all policies and procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations - Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment - Must learn and be able to preform the Quality Control position at a high level before leading and developing others.Experience: Experience or must be able to learn UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager and DHL Online - Quality Control Inspector experience preferred but not required - Experience in lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives - Previous experience as a warehouse or Quality manager is required Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines and metrics - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Must have strong computer skills This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to grow their career and advance into a management position.We offer competitive compensation, benefits package, and opportunities for professional development.If you have the required experience and skills, we would love to hear from you.Apply now!
