Position Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Technician to support both field paving operations and plant production for aggregate and hot mix asphalt (HMA). This role is responsible for performing on-site and laboratory testing, inspections, and quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in outdoor field environments and hands-on plant or lab settings, be mechanically inclined, and have a strong understanding of paving and production operations (or a willingness to learn).
