Elite Resources is conducting interviews for QUALITY TECHNICIAN with MFG experience for a major growing Manufacturer in Burlington, WA.DIRECT HIRE with excellent Benefits.12 hour 2-2-3 schedule, 6AM to 6PM for DAY or 6PM to 6AM for Night 23/HR to 29/HR DOE, bonuses and overtime to $39/HR.Flexible pay for strong qualifications and experience.Job Summary The Quality Technician plays a key role in ensuring product compliance and consistency through quality assurance and control processes.This is an advanced technician position requiring experience in inspection, documentation, and quality systems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct product inspections using calibrated measuring tools and industry-approved techniques.Verify production output against specifications, blueprints, and process standards.Document findings in reports and digital quality systems.Train production teams on inspection procedures and quality protocols.Suggest and support process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.Investigate and identify root causes of defects, nonconformities, and scrap.Maintain and verify calibration of measurement instruments.Perform statistical process control (SPC) and capability analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine inspection plans and methods.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.Provide real-time hourly updates and shift summary reports to management.Conduct layered process audits and provide feedback to teams.Monitor recipe adherence for process control and report deviations.Assist in developing and improving work instructions (WI) for quality controls.Support equipment qualification and validation activities when needed.Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of quality assurance tools (e.g., SPC, Pareto charts, root cause analysis).Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.Effective communicator with both written and verbal reporting capabilities.Strong attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven mindset.Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.Respects diversity and values collaboration.Problem-solver with a continuous improvement attitude.Energetic, adaptable, and accountable in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Experience Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in quality or technical roles.Experience with solar panel (PV module) manufacturing is a plus.Benefits Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays) 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Options Supplemental Insurance Coverage Tuition Reimbursement Program Employee Assistance Program Performance and Recognition Programs #DH1 Job Type:Full-time Pay:$23.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Burlington, WA 98233 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Burlington, WA 98233:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
