Tageos is not your typical manufacturing environment.We are a technology-driven, highly automated operation producing advanced RFID products used around the world.And we are growing fast; 600% growth in just the past two years.That kind of momentum creates opportunity, innovation, and real career paths for people who want to be part of something next-level.If you enjoy working in a high-precision, data-focused manufacturing environment, partnering closely with automation and machine processes, and being a key player in delivering world-class quality, this role is for you.Role Purpose Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Controller plays a critical role in ensuring our automated manufacturing processes consistently produce high-quality, reliable products.You will serve as a quality expert on the floor; guiding operations, supporting machine operators, and acting as the voice of the customer.This is a hands-on role in a higher level of manufacturing, where quality decisions are driven by data, testing, process understanding, and continuous improvement.What You Will Do Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure conformance to specifications Learn and understand advanced, automated machine processes to support quality and rework activities Perform product testing and inspections in accordance with control plans Conduct reliability testing, including bend testing and temperature and humidity exposure Support operations with in-process testing, inspections, and troubleshooting Review, disposition, and document non-conforming or questionable materials Initiate corrective actions with internal teams and external vendors Monitor, maintain, and document calibration of measurement and test equipment Investigate customer complaints and act as the voice of the customer to ensure timely resolution Assist with quality audits and ensure adherence to ISO and industry standards Enter and analyze quality data using Microsoft-based platforms What Sets You Apart A strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and technology Interest in understanding machine behavior, parameters, and automated processes A continuous improvement mindset.Always looking for smarter, better ways to work Ability to collaborate across teams and support production without compromising quality Our Culture At Tageos, we believe in a hive mentality; we win together.Everyone is accountable to one another, and quality is a shared responsibility.As we continue our rapid growth, you will have opportunities to learn, expand your skill set, and grow alongside the company.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Quality inspection:1 year (Required) Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Fletcher, NC 28732 (Required) Work Location:In person.
