Quality Improvement Consultant Lead

A company is looking for a Lead Quality Improvement Consultant for Outpatient Clinical Practice. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Quality Improvement Consultants to provide coaching and consultation services to outpatient clinical practices Conduct coaching calls with providers and assist team members with data interpretation and improvement strategies Engage with providers to identify opportunities for improvement and support them in assessment and action planning processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in health care administration, nursing, public health, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years At least three years of experience in a Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Experience with QI methods and tools, including root cause analysis and Plan-Do-Study-Act Quality credentials such as CPHQ, CPPS, or Six Sigma certification are desirable Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
