ROLE The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and qualifying in-process production parts for manufacturing, ensuring adherence to test protocols and procedures. You will collaborate closely with production process technicians to maintain consistent and acceptable yields and work toward continuous improvement across production processes. RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE MEASURES Perform in process, final, and receiving inspections on optical, mechanical, and electronic components per approved work instructions, drawings, and CTQ criteria. Collaborate with production process technicians to initiate and maintain a process for producing parts with consistent and acceptable yields. Perform Process Compliance Audits to ensure conformance to company procedures. Perform dimensional measurements using manual/hand gauges (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Perform visual inspections of optical parts per MIL PRF-13830B to identify non-conformance according to documented parameters.
