Job Description Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System across the organization Serve as the Management Representative for AS9100 and ISO9001 compliance Own and maintain the Quality Manual and all controlled quality documentation Lead internal quality audits and manage corrective and preventive actions Ensure quality is fully integrated into design, production, inspection, and supplier processes Collect, analyze, and report objective quality metrics to drive continuous improvement Interface directly with customers, auditors, and suppliers on all quality-related matters Ensure personnel are properly trained in inspections, process control, and quality procedures Conduct quality control checks and final inspections as required MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
