If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Grand Haven seeking Quality Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures. Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance and training. Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Conduct internal and external audits to assess QMS effectiveness and compliance. Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product development and manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
