Quality Manager

Quality Manager - Full-Time, 1st Shift Responsibilities Implement, communicate, and monitor processes to ensure all products meet customer specifications; oversee incoming raw material inspection, quality patrol audits, and final audits. Manage and maintain QMS and EMS certification processes. Monitor and address any customer concerns regarding suspected defects or rejections via customer portal systems and processes. Utilize root cause analysis to identify, correct, and prevent customer concerns. Supervise Quality department staff using best practices in effective management. Ensure all quality staff members are trained in proper techniques to maintain quality standards in their daily tasks. Monitor suppliers for non-conforming material and ensure corrective actions are taken. Oversee month-end supplier defect returns and ensure proper documentation. Act as an integral member of the APQP team to identify necessary measurement equipment and review product prints and specifications. Develop standards, goals, and processes for continuous improvement company-wide.Requirements Experience with manual and automatic CMMs, Faro arm operation, and programming.
