Location: Worcester, MA Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually Description The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Worcester, MA area. Title: Quality Supervisor Location: Worcester, MA Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 Responsibilities Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using SPC, capability studies, Gage R&R, and PIT teams Develop and deliver hands-on quality training across operations Oversee SPC and Gage R&R systems, ensuring effectiveness and data integrity Coordinate the Corrective Action (CAR) process and support root cause analysis Act as customer quality contact and support issue resolution Participate in APQP activities and promote use of quality tools pre‑production Serve as backup ISO/QS Management Representative and QA Manager designee Provide guidance to QA staff and cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards Authority to stop nonconforming processes and hold product from shipment Qualifications Technical or mechanical background preferred Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and Total Quality principles Experience with SPC, Gage R&R, CARs, and continuous improvement tools Strong communication skills across all organizational levels Proven problem-solving, analytical, and team leadership abilities Knowledge of group dynamics and change management Lab or metallurgical experience a plus SQE, ASQ, or ASME certification preferred #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
