Job Title: Quality Engineering Technician Job Code: 35858 Job Location: Rochester, New York Job Schedule: 1st Shift - 5/8 or 9/80 (Monday-Friday) Job Description Support Quality initiatives including improvements; incident investigations; RC/CA determinations. Support/initiate containment activities for FF quality spills into Finished Goods and Shipping including purges, sorting and rework. Support part removal or part swapping in completed (packed) orders awaiting shipment. Investigate material shortages, mixed stock and/or wrong parts issued from the Stockroom. Support Customer FAT activities real-time for Programs including investigating, repairing and/or replacing defective material as required; working with FF QE's to have FAT material re-tested as necessary; providing BOM reviews and serialization assigned; reviewing rev history of assigned components; etc. Support customer escape reduction initiatives.
