🚗 Quick Lube Service Technician 📍 Location: Vision Ford Lincoln - Wahpeton, ND 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Compensation: $18 per hour 🔧 Job Description: Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a reliable and motivated Quick Lube Service Technician to join our high-energy service team. You'll handle oil changes, inspections, and basic vehicle maintenance with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude. 🏁 🔍 Responsibilities: 🛢 Perform oil and filter changes 🔄 Rotate tires and inspect tread wear 💧 Check and top off vehicle fluids 🌬 Replace air/cabin filters and wiper blades 🧼 Keep service bays clean and organized 📋 Follow dealership and OEM guidelines 🤝 Communicate service needs clearly with advisors ✅ Assist with multi-point inspections Requirements 🎓 High school diploma or GED 🚘 Valid driver's license and clean driving record 🧰 Basic automotive/mechanical knowledge 💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active 👀 Strong attention to detail and safety 📈 Eagerness to learn and advance in the trade 🏅 Prior lube or light-duty tech experience is a plus (but not required!) 💻 Ability to navigate dealer software systems on computer and mobile devices swiftly and efficiently Benefits 🎁 What We Offer 💵 Competitive hourly pay 🧠 Paid training and growth into tech-level roles 🏥 75% of Health Insurance premium paid by Vision Ford.
