Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented QuickBooks and Insurance Billing Specialist for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for payroll using QuickBooks and billing insurances using Rethink Electronic Health System. Your expertise will help streamline financial operations, support compliance with industry standards, and enhance the overall efficiency of our billing functions. Responsibilities Manage and process payroll using QuickBooks Perform account reconciliation, journal entries, and double-entry bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial data Conduct medical billing, CPT coding, ICD-10 coding, and medical terminology application for insurance claims and patient invoicing Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, perform account analysis, and generate detailed reports for management Collaborate with clinical staff on revenue cycle management, including notes and billing for medical services and therapy sessions Skills Extensive experience with QuickBooks Experience with billing insurance Knowledge of medical collection processes, CPT coding, ICD-10 coding, and healthcare billing procedures Proficiency in data entry, 10 key typing skills, and analysis skills for financial review and account reconciliation Ability to perform complex account analysis using math skills; experience with revenue cycle management in healthcare settings is a plus Join us as a QuickBooks and Insurance Billing Specialist for ABA therapy to make a meaningful impact by ensuring accurate financial operations while supporting the vital services we provide.
