Job Summary R&R Mechanical’s Service Division seeks a dynamic professional to join as a Service Inside Sales/Estimating Representative. This role involves promoting and selling HVAC services in the DC Metro area. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, establishing contact with prospects, qualifying potential buyers, scheduling sales calls, and implementing marketing strategies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Identify, develop, and engage with prospects to generate and convert sales leads. Analyze customer needs and develop tailored service packages. Prospect, present, and close HVAC service agreements and projects. Expand the maintenance base by selling HVAC services and solutions to new and existing customers, including repairs, modernization, and agreements. Negotiate prices, terms, and prepare sales agreements. Use technical knowledge to create project specs and estimates for best value. Follow up on sales bids and leads. Establish customer loyalty through exceptional service. Maintain communication with customers for satisfaction. Maintain databases and customer lists for opportunities. Assist technicians by contacting customers, providing quotes, and writing proposals. Complete company processes and paperwork accurately and promptly. Collaborate with the Service President and team to enhance account programs and processes. Develop or complete scopes of work for maintenance or service. D
