Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you'll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. ARRT certification required. State licensure as applicable for Illinois. BLS certification. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist with general X-ray experience. Experience working in Level 1 trauma environments and handling trauma cases. Experience with GI procedures and OR/surgery imaging preferred. Experience with EPIC charting system preferred. Familiarity with GE radiography rooms, Siemens fluoroscopy, GE C-Arm, and Fuji portable units preferred. First-time travelers are accepted only if they have prior X-ray technologist experience; candidates without X-ray experience will not be considered. Assignment Details Facility type: Health System. Shift name: Evenings. Shift details: Evenings 1500-2300. Standard hours per week: 40. Patient types: general radiography, portable and non-portable imaging; surgery experience preferred. Patient ratio: 1:1. Orientation: unit orientation provided to learn flow. Weekend rotation: alternating every other weekend. Support: multiple X-ray technologists on unit due to Level 1 trauma designation. Location Highlights.
