Our Radiology Techs function as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Responsibilities Promotes a professional image by adhering to the established dress code. Maximizes job potential by attending all mandatory education and in-service programs. Contributes to the time management of the department by being punctual to work and on assignments according to the hospital and department standards. Responsible for complying with all hospital confidentiality and HIPAA requirements relating to department and hospital medical records and patient condition. Responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of Medical Imaging patient medical records, includes Radiology, Vascular and Echo Lab. Responsible for the filing and distribution of Radiology reports according to department protocol in the absence of office personnel.
