Job SummaryJoin our exciting adventure as a Raft Guide, where you will lead groups through exhilarating river journeys, ensuring safety, fun, and memorable experiences for all participants.This dynamic role combines outdoor adventure with exceptional customer service, requiring energetic leadership and clear communication.As a vital part of our team, you will inspire confidence, foster teamwork, and create unforgettable moments on the water.This paid position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills while sharing your passion for outdoor recreation and adventure tourism.Responsibilities Lead groups of participants safely along designated river routes, providing clear instructions and guidance throughout the trip Conduct safety briefings before each excursion, explaining procedures, equipment use, and emergency protocols Monitor weather conditions, water levels, and participant behavior to ensure ongoing safety during trips Assist participants with equipment fitting and demonstrate proper paddling techniques to enhance their experience Maintain communication with team members and emergency responders if needed during excursions Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring their enjoyment Manage time effectively to coordinate trip schedules and ensure timely departures and arrivals Requirements Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage groups of varying ages and skill levels Excellent public speaking skills to deliver safety instructions confidently and clearly Proven experience in customer service or teaching roles, especially in outdoor or recreational settings Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to safety details Prior experience in outdoor adventure guiding or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates Positive attitude, and love for the outdoors Join us as a Raft Guide and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering thrilling adventures while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.Bring your leadership spirit, passion for the outdoors, and enthusiasm for creating unforgettable experiences on the water!
