Ranch Hand - Exotic and Native Wildlife

Job Title:Ranch Hand - Native and Exotic Wildlife Qualifications:2years of experience working on a ranch and high fenced game management.Job Summary:Owner is seeking a hardworking, dependable and physically fit Ranch Hand.This ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily operations, including exotic and native game care, land maintenance and heavy equipment operation.The role requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and who takes pride in maintaining a safe and efficient ranch environment.Key Responsibilities: Animal Care & Herd Health:Feed, water and monitor health of exotic and native game.Assist in delivery and transportation of wildlife. Ranch Maintenance:Inspect and repair high game fence, roads, feeders (filling, timers, etc.) and water sources (pond/troughs). Equipment Operation:Safely operate and maintain heavy equipment on-site, including UTVs and ranch vehicles, skid steer. Property Upkeep:Maintain all ranch facilities. Predator Management:Monitor and maintain traps for predators and varmints to protect wildlife.Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to perform heavy manual labor, including lifting and carrying 50-100 lbs.regularly, working in extreme heat and cold, and walking rough terrain. General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems. Valid driver's license. Schedule:Willingness to work weekends, long hours. Must be able to speak English Pay:$10.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
