Job Overview Seeking a reliable Ranch Handyman to join our dynamic team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our Wedding & Event Venue operations.Duties include, but not limited to, general maintenance on a 33-acre property, both indoors and outdoors.Maintain equipment like mower, golf carts, and tractors.Hours vary according to events, so must be flexible.Most events occur on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.This is a non-smoking position.Duties Assist with prepping venue for events, including set up and tear down.Cleaning when needed.Operate equipment such as tractors, lawn mowers, golf carts, etc.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanial knowledge Manage fencing repairs, gate installations, and general infrastructure upkeep to maintain secure and functional ranch facilities Qualifications Experience with power tools, hand tools, and general maintenance tasks required for facility upkeep Physical ability to perform lifting tasks regularly in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions Strong work ethic with attention to detail; excellent problem-solving skills in technical scenarios Join us in this role where your skills will directly contribute to the success of our Wedding & Event Venue.Send letter of interest and resume to ron@southwindranchtr.com.No phone calls please.Pay:$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
