Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Home & School Based ABA Services Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Use applied behavior analysis techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, feeding, and toileting Support clients in developing communication, social, and self-care skills through engaging teaching methods Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in care and progress monitoring Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and care plans is a plus Strong data collection skills and attention to detail for tracking client progress accurately Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with diverse populations Ability to follow structured protocols within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
