Why You'll Love This Job Summary The RBT Facilitator is responsible for supporting the development of ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through coaching in clinical settings. This role remains actively engaged in direct patient sessions while modeling effective implementation of ABA strategies and providing behavior-specific feedback to support skill development and clinical growth. The RBT Facilitator plays a key role in preparing ABA Therapists for the RBT Competency Assessment, exam, and supporting ongoing skill development across the center. This individual partners closely with Virtual Trainers and clinical leadership to ensure coaching is consistent, effective, and aligned with clinical quality standards. Direct Care & Coaching Integration Provides direct care while embedding frequent learning opportunities for the trainee throughout sessions. This is done by modeling and narrating effective implementation of ABA interventions and providing coaching that supports skill development of ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in sessions. New Hire Readiness and Certification Support Supports new hires in progressing through onboarding and preparing for the RBT competency assessment, and certification requirements within expected timelines. Performance Observation, Feedback & Documentation Observes ABA Therapist and RBT performance and delivers timely, behavior-specific feedback to support skill development. Maintains accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, coaching/feedback records, and supervision tracking. Communicates progress and performance trends to Center Managers an
