Job Description
Company Description This is an on-site role for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) located in Arizona, United States. Services are provided in in-home, school-based, community, and group home settings . RBTs will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, support skill acquisition programs, and assist in improving socially significant behaviors for clients. Daily responsibilities include providing direct ABA therapy services, collecting and recording accurate data, supporting client progress, maintaining professionalism in all sessions, and participating in team collaboration to support treatment goals. Role Description This role involves providing direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients in in-home, school-based, community, and group home settings throughout Arizona. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, support skill acquisition programs, and assist clients in developing socially significant behaviors that improve independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one therapy sessions, collecting accurate data, maintaining detailed documentation, supporting treatment plan goals, and collaborating with clinical team members to ensure consistency and progress across all environments. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and families. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required prior to start CPR & First Aid certification (reimbursement available for CPR/First Aid certification) Non-IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required TB screening required Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of active auto insurance required Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred Ability to work in in-home, school-based, community, and group home settings
