RCIS Crop Claims Field Adjuster I

You will gather and analyze yield data, review policy terms and coverage, and calculate claim payments in a timely and accurate manner. The role requires careful documentation, use of mobile adjusting tools and mapping technology, and preparation of clear, concise claim files and reports for internal review and regulatory purposes. You will communicate frequently with farmers, agents, and internal claims staff to explain coverage, discuss findings, and provide status updates, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and strong customer service.
