As a Research and Development Engineer, you actively shape the next generation of innovative products and technologies. Working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, you strengthen Deublin's innovation capabilities and build a strong foundation for your own professional growth. Product Development: Support the design, testing, and improvement of new and existing products across the portfolio. Engineering Analysis: Apply fundamental engineering principles to evaluate concepts, materials, and technologies. Testing & Validation: Set up and execute experimental tests, operate test equipment, and collect structured data. Data Interpretation: Analyze test and simulation results and prepare technical summaries that support sound engineering decisions. Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain test reports, design files, and engineering change documentation. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to resolve technical challenges. Engineering Background Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Initial experience in product development or research and development is an advantage. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and support problem-solving in engineering environments. Tribology, mechanical seals, or prototyping and 3D printing experience is a plus.
