Ridgemoor is a real estate investment company that has been active in the St.Louis market for 30years.We've purchased over 8,000 residential, multi-family, and commercial properties.We are looking to hire a motivated, relationship-driven individual to join our team as an investor and acquisition specialist.This role is centered around sourcing and structuring deals.You'll be directly involved in identifying opportunities, analyzing properties, and working through negotiations from initial conversation to closing.What You'll Do:Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound outreach and networking Analyze properties and identify viable investment opportunities Visit properties in person and assist in evaluating strategy and value Structure and negotiate deals alongside an experienced team Use our CRM to track activity, conversations, and deal flow What We're Looking For:Strong communication skills Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in real estate investing and deal-making Sales experience is preferred Additional Notes:No real estate license required Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone We strongly encourage all applicants to include a brief cover letter or note explaining your interest.Pay:$65,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits:Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Work Location:Hybrid remote in St.Louis, MO 63122.
