Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research, managing property listings, and providing outstanding customer service. This position involves prospecting for new business, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date on real estate market trends and regulations. Qualifications Possess an active Real Estate License Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property regulations Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in local market research, property evaluation, and pricing strategies Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits Familiarity with real estate customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technologies is a plus
