Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in White Plains, NY. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include hosting property showings, negotiating sales, conducting market research, preparing contracts, and providing expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process. Additionally, the role requires employing effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the client base and meet sales targets. Qualifications Active Real Estate License Experience or knowledge in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional client support Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in local real estate markets and trends is an asset Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Proficiency with digital marketing and real estate tools is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in real estate are beneficial
