Service Area This role will serve clients across the greater Houston market, including Westbury (77096), Meyerland, Bellaire, Southwest Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Central Houston, and surrounding metro areas. As a Real Estate Agent, you will work under the sponsorship of the brokerage to help clients buy, sell, and lease residential properties while building your own business. What You’ll Do Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions Generate and manage your own leads and client relationships Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing Build a personal brand and local market presence What You’ll Receive Brokerage support, training, and mentorship Access to tools, systems, and marketing resources Flexible schedule and uncapped earning potential Commission-based structure (discussed directly with brokerage) Requirements Requirements: Active Texas Real Estate License OR willingness to obtain one Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Comfortable with commission-based income Disclosure This position is being recruited by Advanced Sentry LLC, a third-party recruiting firm, on behalf of Weichert, Realtors® – The Murray Group.
