Position Overview This role is primarily focused on working with buyer clients , with additional leasing opportunities as we expand our property management business. You will be working with: Active buyer leads Rental and leasing opportunities as they develop Long-term client and investor relationships We are building a business that creates consistent, repeat opportunities over time , not just one-off transactions. ResponsibilitiesBuyer Agent Duties Respond quickly and consistently to incoming leads Conduct buyer consultations Show homes and guide clients through the process Write and negotiate offers Manage transactions from contract to closing Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business Leasing Duties (As Business Grows) Show rental properties Communicate with prospective tenants Assist with applications and lease execution Coordinate with the team on move-ins What We Provide Lead flow and opportunity (you are not starting from zero) Systems and structure to help you stay organized Ongoing guidance and support A business that is actively growing—including future property management opportunities This is a place where you can build a real career over time , not just chase the next deal. Compensation Commission-based (sales + future leasing opportunities) Performance-driven income Expected earning potential: $60,000 – $100,000+ Your income will reflect your effort, follow-up, and consistency. Expectations Strong communication and follow-up Willingness to work evenings and weekends Personal accountability for results Consistent daily activity (calls, showings, client communication) Open Houses Weekly Daily Call Log Reviewing Property Establishing Knowledge in Market This is a performance-based role.
