Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Miami, FL. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for sourcing and managing commercial real estate opportunities, analyzing market trends, conducting property valuations, and building relationships with investors, developers, and property owners. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, preparing market reports, assisting in negotiations, and maintaining accurate property data. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales, property acquisitions, or related fields Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct property market analysis and valuations Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of South Florida real estate markets and trends is highly preferred Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a collaborative approach Possession of a valid Florida real estate license Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
