Job Overview You must have an active Real Estate License with the California Department of Real Estate to join our dynamic real estate team as a dedicated Real Estate Agent / Realtor, where your passion for property and exceptional customer service will drive success. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties with enthusiasm and professionalism Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings. Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable agreements for clients Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, answering questions promptly, and maintaining clear communication throughout transactions Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and relevant real estate laws to advise clients accurately Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, scheduling showings, and maintaining detailed records of transactions, answering office phone line. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements governing real estate practices Cover a rotating shift one day every week and one weekend per month. Skills Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients’ interests Proficiency in marketing techniques to maximize property exposure Excellent communication skills for building rapport and explaining complex concepts clearly Customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building Organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and administrative duties efficiently Previous real estate administrative experience is highly desirable. Please be advised our commission split is 70% for listings and 75% for selling there is no negotiations for commission splits or office duties.
