Responsibilities Willingness to thrive in a fast paced industry Consult with buyers and sellers to convert listing and sale opportunities that are given Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities with the CRM software provided Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in team activities per team standards to ensure success Qualifications Looking for an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit as well as a candidate who enjoys building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
