Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Real Estate Agents & Brokers located in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, managing real estate transactions, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, and building lasting client relationships. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License Strong proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property expertise Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and team members Knowledge of the local real estate market in New Jersey and neighboring regions Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
