Role Description We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join a highly-respected boutique full-service law firm in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time hybrid role, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of Real Estate contracts, agreements, and business transactions (i.e., purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, syndication agreements, equity agreements, joint venture agreements etc.) Bar admission in California and a J.D. from an accredited law school 2-7 years prior experience as a transactional Real Estate attorney Hours and Pay Pay is strong (mid $200k+ base) and lower target hours (1800).
