Job Overview We are seeking an experienced settlement agent and title insurance producer to join our team at a boutique commercial real estate settlement company in Leesburg, Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to underwrite and close complex real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in real estate settlement services, commercial underwriting, escrow services. Ideal candidates will be able to work and communicate with commercial clients, brokers, and counsel teams with poise, sophistication, efficiency, and a strong customer service focus. Qualifications Licensed title producer in VA. Active title producer licenses in MD and DC a bonus. Proven experience in real estate settlement and escrow services combined with familiarity with processing and closing complex commercial real estate transactions. Significant experience working in title insurance production, including commercial underwriting. Excellent drafting and writing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under deadlines. Job Description Settlement Company: Processing, underwriting, title production, and closing primarily commercial real estate transactions for land in Virginia, DC, and MD. We specialize in complex commercial transactions but handle transactions of all kinds. Important note on benefits/salary: Role includes eligibility for 20% SEP IRA Matching one year after hiring! Eligible for bonuses! Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year depending on experience (and 20% SEP IRA Matching after one year)
