Company Overview: A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Consultant for their Real Estate Finance group. This role focuses on performance and attribution reporting for internal and external purposes. Job Responsibilities: Partner with finance and technology teams in strategic business initiatives and automation projects to enhance and streamline reporting processes on a global scale. Conduct UAT activities including testing, documentation, and support. Plan, execute, and validate data migration and ensure data governance. Focus on FP&A Reporting, including data validation and model testing for FP&A realization and forecasting automation tool. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in finance, math, accounting, or economics with a strong GPA. 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, consulting, or Private Equity/Real Estate role. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in building and working with large data validation files.
