Overview I'm seeking to bring on a talented photographer and/or media specialist looking for some extra work, good pay, and a flexible schedule. This is a private contractor position. 1099. Pay based on services rendered and distance travelled My goal is to make Kool Vision Media the ultimate go to alternative for creatives that are tired of being hounded over those corporate shot limits and mandatory cookie cutter content designed to generate maximum profit. This is a growing company built by creatives for creatives. I want our clients to always receive the best quality work and the most personalized experience when choosing Kool Vision Media. I want to find someone that shares the same values and passion for creating stunning real estate content and perhaps feel like working with corporate companies holding them back from growth. We are still in the growth and expansion phase, but the bigger we get, the more benefits we can offer! This means increased income, bigger client opportunities, more diverse projects, tighter service areas, and more! I'm looking to bring someone on ASAP. Here's the real talk: jobs aren't guaranteed, but the better you are and the more services you can offer (photos, video, drone, 3D tours), the more work I'll have for you. We're in startup mode, so it may start slow after onboarding while I establish workflow and processes—but as we grow, so does your workload. Responsibilities Execute high-quality property photography sessions (full frame, 16-35mm standard) Deliver professional aerial drone photography and videography (Part 107 required) Produce cinematic property video content and walkthroughs Create immersive 3D virtual tours when requested Manage own equipment maintenance and ensure consistent quality output Provide exceptional customer service and represent Kool Vision Media professionally Never discuss pricing or add-ons with clients—if they request additional services, deliver them Communicate professionally with clients and maintain flexible scheduling Meet Kool Vision Media's quality standards and brand aesthetic Travel to job sites within the Clarksville to Nashville service area Coordinate shoot schedules and deliver final deliverables on time Continuously refine your craft and stay current with industry standards Qualifications Must have prior experience and a portfolio of recent work. Must follow the provided Kool Vision Media composition and quality guidelines. Must own all their own equipment. Must own and use a full frame camera and 16-35mm lens. (Sony platform is recommended and preferred. Canon is acceptable following the guidelines) Must have access to high speed internet Part 107 license and drone are a plus! Must be licensed, insured and have established a personal business entity. The ability to provide high quality video, drone, and virtual tour services are encouraged. Compensation Completed property photo sessions start at $70 per shoot Additional service payouts (aerial, video, 3D tours) vary based on experience, availability, and capability Service area: Clarksville to Nashville. Travel beyond 35 miles is compensated at $20+ per shoot, depending on distance Pay: From $70.00 per day Benefits Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Do you own your own equipment?
