Our client, a leading Real Estate Developer are looking to add a high-caliber Real Estate Paralegal to the team in Middlesex County, NJ. About the role: This is a hands-on position supporting complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, including large-scale developments and financings. You’ll play a key role in keeping deals moving, working closely with internal teams, lenders, and external parties. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage real estate transaction documents Support commercial loan closings and financing processes Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution Handle due diligence and maintain organized transaction records Assist legal team on high-volume, high-impact projects Qualifications: 4+ years’ experience as a real estate paralegal Strong exposure to commercial transactions and loan closings Solid understanding of real estate law and closing mechanics Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals Compensation Details: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary
