This position is based in our Charlotte (Ballantyne) office. REQUIREMENTS · Open and manage residential real estate files from contract through closing · Review purchase contracts, title commitments, surveys, and lender instructions · Prepare closing documents, settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and other transaction-related documents · Experience with Softpro preferred (ProForm, ProTrust & Pro1099) · Exceptionally proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and oral – with a particular focus on keeping team members up-to-date · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands · Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with extraordinary attention to detail · Ability to assist with pre/post closing matters and office administrative matters.
