Real Estate Paralegal

We are looking to add a mid-to-senior legal real estate paralegal for a commercial real estate broker! This role is onsite in Irvine, with 2x/week remote after a 90-day training period. Must-Haves : 3+ years of real estate transactional law experience. A background in litigation and/or law firms is strongly preferred. Knowledge of reviewing title insurance and title issues. Knowledge of how to work with title and escrow companies is critical. Knowledge of redlining vendor/service contracts, and ideally, how to identify limitations of liability and indemnity clauses. Personality Fit NOT someone who just moves things along/maintains checklists. This is a do-er, not someone who delegates work to others. Willing to learn, coachable, a go-getter, someone who likes to take things and run with them “not just being a facilitator” Stability on the resume - at least two years in positions. Professional service mindset, do-it-all mentality (not someone who says “that is not in my job description”). Someone who believes in the benefits of AI and technology (not someone who fights it).
