About SuiteFit SuiteFit is a fitness technology startup redefining the luxury residential experience. We provide a premier, app-based platform that connects residents of high-rise and multi-family buildings with vetted, local personal trainers. By transforming underutilized fitness amenities from cost centers into revenue streams, we offer property management teams a 30–50% net profit share on every session. SuiteFit increases resident retention and property asset valuation through a seamless, high-value wellness activation. The Core Objective: Closing the "Revenue-Share" Contract Your primary responsibility is to negotiate and execute partnership contracts with luxury multifamily properties. You will be pitching a disruptive, win-win financial model to Property Managers and Owners: The Deal: SuiteFit provides the platform, the trainers, and the technology at zero cost to the building. The Revenue Share: In exchange for access to the resident base, SuiteFit shares 30%-50% of the Net Profit (after trainer payout and transaction costs) directly with the property management/ownership team. The Value Prop: You are helping buildings increase their Net Operating Income (NOI) and Resident Retention by offering a premium wellness amenity that actually pays them . Key Responsibilities Contract Execution: Identify, pitch, and sign Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with Tier-1 Property Management firms (e.g., Greystar, Lincoln, Pinnacle). Relationship Management: Navigate HOA boards and developer tiers to move a deal from "Initial Pitch" to "Signed Contract." Market Strategy: Focus on the luxury high-rise market to build a dense network of "SuiteFit Certified" buildings. Qualifications The Specialist: You have a proven track record or an existing network in Multifamily Real Estate or PropTech. The Dealmaker: You understand the legal and financial nuances of property management contracts. Equity-Driven: You are looking for a "Founder" opportunity where your compensation is tied directly to the value you create for the company. Compensation Equity: Max 3% Stake based on performance over a 24-month roadmap. Co-Founder Status: Formally granted upon the successful execution of 10 luxury building contracts within the first 3 months.
