Job Title: Real Estate Photographer Company: Blue Skye Media Location: Fredericksburg, Stafford, Woodbridge, VA & Surrounding Areas Compensation: $125 - $500 per listing (contract/per-shoot basis) About Us: Welcome to Blue Skye Media! Because of our rapid growth, we are expanding our coverage in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Woodbridge areas. We handle the automated scheduling and the business side of things, so you can focus on doing what you do best: capturing amazing content and providing a great on-site experience for our clients. The Role: We are looking for a friendly, reliable real estate photographer who already has some experience under their belt and owns their own gear. On a standard shoot, you'll be capturing our core media essentials to make our clients' listings shine. If you already have experience with extra services like video, 3D tours, or drone photography, that is a huge plus! If you don't have experience in all of those areas yet, don't worry—we are more than happy to teach and train the right person. What You’ll Be Doing: Traveling to real estate listings across Fredericksburg, Stafford, Woodbridge, and surrounding neighborhoods. Capturing high-quality interior and exterior real estate photos. Providing a warm, professional, and friendly experience for real estate agents and homeowners on-site. Uploading media to our team for processing and delivery. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Some prior experience in real estate photography and an eye for composition and lighting. Equipment: You must own your own professional camera gear (DSLR/Mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens, sturdy tripod, etc.). Personality: Friendly and a great communicator. You are often the face of Blue Skye Media on the property! Drive: A desire to learn new skills, adopt new technology, and grow with our company long-term. Bonus Skills (Not required, but awesome!): An FAA Part 107 Drone License, experience with video, 3D tours, and floor plans. Why Join Blue Skye Media?
