Real Estate Project Manager

A company is looking for a Real Estate Project Delivery Associate Manager. Key Responsibilities Support and lead multiple expansion and renovation projects across the AMER region, focusing on large-scale projects in New York Coordinate project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule while meeting internal business objectives Facilitate communication among project team members and manage design stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Required Qualifications A higher education certificate in Architecture, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is desirable Experience in the project design and delivery process, particularly with capital real estate projects Professional registration and advanced training in relevant fields are welcomed Understanding of regulatory agency processes and compliance requirements for project delivery Experience with outsourced project management and vendor selection processes
