Compensation: $125,500 - $189,400 yearly Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct property tours, showcasing homes to prospective buyers with enthusiasm and expertise. Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective marketing plans for listings. Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism. Utilize company-provided leads to build a robust client base and foster long-term relationships. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and sales skills. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Qualifications: Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to present properties and negotiate deals confidently. Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success.
